Stamina

The player characters' physical endurance and concentration are measured by the Stamina Points characteristic. The power suit provides all of the player character's Stamina Points. Stamina Points are used for Sprinting (holding the Shift key) and for the upkeep of Stances. Stamina Points are regenerated through the Stamina Points Regeneration characteristic, which shows how many Stamina Points are regained every second.
